How To Get Small Scratches Out Of Fish Tank

hi all, just noticed a 3-4" scratch in the front of my new tank once i had filled it up. it is only a surface scratch, well i think so anyway because i cant feel it, just see it.

People say you can buff out very shallow scratches on glass with Cerium Oxide - do some research on google. I think any scratches deep enough to feel with your finger nail will be nigh on impossible to polish out.

Usually you can't see light scratches too bad when tanks are full of water

Is the tank perspex or glass?
and is the scratch inside or out?

its glass and i think its on the outside, its very fine and i cant feel it

Try buffing it out with toothpaste.
