Hi have a pussey

Its currenty splitting and I was wondering how to seperate it from the rock that it is currently on? I dont want to pull it off and risk breaking it, or is this what you do? I have no idea right now but would love some advice,

Scalpel, Xacto knife, some kind of really sharp razor blade. You cut it off basically . Then to get it to re-secure to rocks you have three options. First, if you can secure a rubberband to it, you can do that. Second, you can sew it back on with needle and thread. And finally, if those options dont work you can put a plastic cup in the bottom of your tank with a bunch of rubble in it and put the coral in the cup. The rubble will prevent the waterflow from moving the coral around too much and it will attach to some pieces of rubble. Once it does that, you can superglue or epoxy the rubble where you want it
