How To Feed My Fish?

I have 5 Denisons Barbs(Red Line Topmedo Barbs) and one angel fish(Altum) in a 29g tank. These fish are not full grown and I want to feed them as much as possible, and the best food possible for growth and health. What should I feed them?

I feed them 3 times a day and as much as they eat in 1-2 minutes. I feed well rinsed frozen bloodworms 1/6 of the feedings (once every two days), and a variety of flakes the other 5/6 of the time.

Try some shelled peas. The vast majority of Cyprinids really go for peas, which if you think about it, is a bit odd since it is not a food source they would encounter in the wild.
