How To Breed Cardinals

At the moment I have 3 Pearl Gourami 2 Sumo Loaches and 1 Otto, I am then planning to have 8 or 9 cardinal tetra in there with them.
it is a 100 Litre by the way
how or will it be possibility for me to breed them?

I believe cardinals are hard to breed in aquariums, best left to the experts I think.
Btw Oto's are best kept in groups, they'll be happier with companions
