I would say 8cm. And it would be a few months after they get the idea, that they will spawn.

Do a search on here - so far all your questions on BN's would have been answered

My female is only about 7cm and she has spawned 3 times. The males are about 8-9cm. I would suggest feeding well with a good varied diet and lots of water changes to help them grow faster and healthier.
