How Often To Add Ferts?

i got some nutrafin plant gro and the instructions just say "5ml per 10g of water" but it doesnt say how often or if i need to add more if i do a water change.i just did a 25% water change and need to know if i should add more?also i have only put it in once, about a week or so ago. if that helpsthanks for any advice!

I think its NPK fert right? I'm guessing it'll be once a week. Can't seem to find any info online
