How Often Do You Feed Your Fish?

I see so many different suggestions for this online so I wanted to check and find out what all of you do.

1 - 2 times per day, for the platy tank. I don't feed much/often to avoid the snail plague as it's a planted tank.

I only have a Betta at the moment. But I feed him once every other day. Fish can survive up to 3 weeks without food. So I'm not so worried about it. Also, it saves the tank from being messy.

Depends on which tank and which fish: the bristlies get fed once a day (if that), the tico fry 3 times a day (if I'm in).
