I'm planning to set up a 70 gallon planted tank. For filtration it will use a DIY sump; how many times should I circulate the water through the 70 gallon tank. I was thinking in the 500 GPH range; but I could include a 200 GPH Aquaclear HOB filter for extra filtration if needed.
