How Much Light For Starburst Polyps?

i have some starburst polyps i just got about 3 days ago, and they wont open. out of about 100 or so polyps only 10 have stretched out. i have 2 10 watt flourescent bulbs in the hood. is this enough or do i need more? its plenty enough to open all my zoas, even the ones at the bottom. i have the starburst mid height in the tank, in direct current from the powerhead but on the oposite side of the tank. any suggestions?

These corals can sulk for days and days. Don't move it just wait for now, mine took a long time too.
