How Much Do You Pay For Apple Snails ?

hello just out of curiousity ow much to pay for apple snails ??

and where they are for tht price

I think you can pick them up for about £3 in most LFS but that is just for the common golden ones.

I've bought some via this forum and some via e-bay.

I get the rarer colours via e-bay; I got 2 absolutely tiny rarer coloured ones on here for £1 but I think for slightly larger ones on e-bay I paid £3-4 and for a blue one I paid £5; it's probably way too high but I really wanted a blue one

In Canadian currency, approximate prices...

Black/Dark Brown: $2-3
Golden: $3
"Mutts" (dark bodies with light shells or the other way around): $2
White: $8-10
Blue: $8-10

I have found that Quebec is more expensive than Ontario, but that could be skewed because I come from a small city in Ontario and live in the most populated city in Quebec. Maybe Toronto has closer prices to Montreal, or is worse. Or maybe it's different between suburbs and downtown...

got a few from grovenor the other day just thought i would see what everyone else pays i dont thing i would pay over 85p for it either unless it was a rarer one there growing on me though every time i look at them i think another one would look nice in there

LFS ones are joke, most have poor pitted shells and have been left to eat the alge in tank and they still ask £3

I sell mine for £1 are my current batch are a bright Gold, due to their diet which i strees they eat better then me

the ones i got are nice like more orange than golden
