Hi Guys

I have a 37.5 gallon tank with a variety of plants in, I am fed up with them not lasting and having to replace them all after a while.

I have ordered a diffuser from ebay to get carbon to dissolve into the water better.

I have been trying different diy setups and recipes for yeast mixes etc. buy unsure if it is enough for the tank size or to much...!

At the min got attached to air stone and small bubbles floating under power filter then blowing them away through the water.
DIY setup is connected through a water salt solution so I can clean and count bubbles.

Only setup last night so need some advice before I have any problems...
What bubble count per min is about right for the size of the tank (37.5 gall)
Thinking of getting CO2 reader for water.
Checking PH later just to check.!

Please advise.....

Hi read these as it may have some helful info as to why your plants are dieing, it isnt always down to low/ no CO2

if you go with some easy plants such as moss balls, anubias & egeria densa then you shouldnt have a problem, depending on your light levels. (what wattage & diameter - T5/ T8 - are they?)
they might just be hard to grow plants that require high lighting, lots of CO2 & fertilisation etc.
Or they could just be non-aquatic at all.
