How Many Shrimps For A 270 Litre Tank

Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading my current set up. I will be running a 270 litre tank.

I was wondering on many shrimps I could add? Should I add them at the same time? Could I add both cleaner shrimps and bllod shrimps?

Do you mean amano and cherry shrimp?Yup they cohabit fine, but may interbreed.
You could have 100's in there, I would start off with at least 25-50.

Cheesyfeet, this the marine forum she means cleaner shrimps and blood shrimps.

I think you can mix them but caution is advised.

Too many shrimps with corals can be a PITA, they crawl all over looking for food. Bens stole food from his nem, I think other people have some problems with them and mine crawls all over my leather.
