How many more fish could I fit in my tank?

I have a 25 or 30 gallon tank

And right now I got.

2 tiger barbs
2 albino barbs
2 black ruby barbs
1 pictus catfish
1 bala shark
1 algae eater


I want to add maybe 2 or 3 more tiger barbs.

Since Ive recently add more barbs(5). My mean meanie male barb is finally being nice to the fish, he does chase everyday but not as much. But I wanted to add maybe 2 or 3 more to keep him even more happy and maybe nip even less. I know I'm going to have to get rid of the bala shark(take him to pet shop) even though he hangs out with the barbs and never gets nipped. But can I add a few more barbs?

its a hexagon 26 gallon . Ill probably get 2 more barbs today.

You're right about the bala but at least you know that he'll have to go someday.
