If the filters dry the bacteria will be dead and will need re cycling.
Some small fish would be ok, but have to be small case most fish prefer retangluar tanks, not hex.

yea a betta, or a couple of ADFs, nothing else would be comfortable

Wouldn't pay £8.00 for the tank, let alone postage, stay clear of these gimmick tanks, a complete waste of money, and you like to well stock your tanks, so i wouldn't bother with it as a frog and a betta is about all you could keep in it.
