how many fish?

Hiya all , i have recently perchased my first tank, 20 gal (UK) , can anyone tell me the max fish i can safely stock ?, i want a community tank ,small and medium species... after the fishless cycle of course hehe.

What type of fishes are you planning on putting in the tank?

Ah, well i was thinking of neons, black widows, rummynose, cory, maybe guppies.

tetras are cool. i have 5 glowlite tetras and 2 albino cories(highly recommend) you would have 10 glowlites and 4 or 5 albino cories. I think that a 20 gallon would be pretty good for guppies, jsut make sure you have other tanks incase they breed or you have a local fish store who will buy or take in your fish. good luck and tell me an update!
