How many fish would these 2 tanks hold?

Thinking of buying this one of these tanks. Was wondering how many fish they would hold roughly?

Juwel Rio 180 Aquarium
Hagen Fluval Duo Deep 1000mm Aquarium

As pets at home have agood deal on both tanks and we'd like to get one .

I'm from the U.S. so I'm not sure what size those are, but the general guideline over here is 1" of adult fish (what it'll grow to) per gallon of water.

Of course this is just a guideline, and some fish would need more/less room, but it's certainly helpful Also IMO, the bigger the footprint of the tank the better, as most fishies would rather swim left to right than up & down.

I think the fluval has the bigger footprint so I'd go for that one.
