Hi i have a 7.5gallon tank which has been cycled just! i would like to keep guppies in there but not sure how many i can have. any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Guppies might be a bad choice. Guppies breed very fast, and even if you are not overstocked now, you will be soon.

But if you want to go ahead, i'd say 5-6, with good filtration and regular water changes.

P.T.

I have a divided 7.5 betta tank. It houses two male bettas and three Otos (I lost one  ). They all do wonderful in there. I'm thinking Guppies (and other livebearers) would breed too fast for a small tank like that.

But whatever you decide to put in your tank, just make sure you keep up with the water changes...those little tanks get dirty quick. :D

Thanks all of you for your advice i think i'll look at some other smaller fish before i decide what to do, although i do like the idea of a same sex tank that way i can have guppies, If not i'll just have to buy another tank to keep fry in and then sell them on or something. thank you again.
