This looks like two separate conversations, but if the fish Mowbz posted belong to guppy! then you do indeed need to work on your current stocking before you even think about adding a whole different species. Just because you have a large tank doesn't mean you should just jam a whole bunch of fish in there. Plus, the fish you have aren't going to stay at 1"! They grow!
