how many brine shrimp/blood worms do you feed

I have just started my bettas on frozen brine shrimp and blood worms and thought that the best way to get an answer on how many to feed them would be to put up a poll. Thanks in advance for your input! Has anyone tried growing the "sea monkeys" to feed theirs?

At one meal, I feed 1-2 bloodworms for each betta, or 2-3 brine shrimp.

probably about 5 of either... i use froven, so sometimes there are bits and pieces to feed
