aw!!! she is due on my birthday!!! when we bred my lab a few years ago she had 13!! in addition to our already full grown 3 labs....it was quite an exciting household! oh if only I lived closer and didn't rent! she is beautiful and I bet she is going to have lovely pups!!!

im going to go with 8....fingers crossed for the mama!!!

8 more days till babies should be here. She is very big and getting bigger every day. Poor thing. Fortunately she loves being pregnant. I think it's because she gets more kibble and cottage cheese.

In honor of Mother's Day we have assembled the whelping box....

Well that and she's due in a week! Figured it was about time to get it done..lol

Four more days until the due date. She has started to lose her mucus this afternoon though so she may go a couple days early! Momma has gotten even bigger. She can no longer turn around in doorways and has to back up into an open room to turn around!

when I was 13 our family had a german shepard and she gave birth to 6, so I reckon around 6 to 7 pups so im sticking with my original guess of 7. Remember to keep the camera charged, would love to see the new puppies when they arrive.

Has she had puppies before?

I maintain that there are more than 10 in there... Our kennel dog - Lady (SPCA) delivered 14 pups and she was a replica of your dog.... colouring and all.
