How Many Amano/cherry Shrimp? Newbie!

Hi, I am new to shrimpI as thinking of getting amano or cherry shrimp for my tank which has dwarf loaches/checkered and odessa barbs. Will 3 or 4 be ok? And which ones are more active, cherry or amano??

With the barbs cherry shrimp will be very shy and possibily at risk of being eaten.

You can get a few Amano shrimp, about 4-6 would be a good size group.

Tank is 125 litres and planted with bogwood. Might be eaten by the barbs...mmm, might not be god idea to buy them.

amano shrimps are a good deal larger than cherries.

you could always buy a fan shrimp - they're alot bigger.

Its not big enough for a fan shrimp and you need to consider a fan shrimp as a pet before designing the aquascape.
