I used to have 3 they needed a 100L tank
don't put ant fish in with it or he/her will eat them

You can keep 2 african DWARF frogs in a 5 gallon/19 litre tank, so 3 should be fine in a slightly bigger 28 litre tank. And they won't eat fish, just fry. It's african CLAWED frogs that eat fish and need to be kept in big tanks. Adf's only grow to 1.5 inches.
