How Long Will Live Shrimp Survive In The Cold?

Hello everyone. I want to order some shrimps an crayfish off the internet and I dont want to pay a lot for shipping. For priority shipping (arives 2-3 days) do you think they will survive? The temp here is about 17 degrees F in the night. The seller provides heat pack.

When dealing with live animals, overnight shipping is the best way to go, the extra cost will give you a much better chance of receiving your crustaceans alive. I don't know how well the heat pack would do in below freezing temperatures for more than a day

I received items through the post last week and it was not below freezing here, they had heat packs included but they didnt seem to have any affext as the water was freezing
