How long does a pregnancy last !

Hi

Can anyone tell me how long a pregnancy would last in Platy's, Im not sure if my Platy is pregnant but if she is then i would just like to know when i should be expecting babies.

it usually takes about 3-5 weeks

I agree; if she is young/not very big you will probably be looking at 4weeks in total but if she is a large/more mature platy she could take up to 6weeks. When it comes down to it though, it depends on how many fry she's expecting.
