I have a pair of cleaner shrimp and like the blood shrimp because my lfs say don't mix blood shrimp with cleaners and I can't fish them out so should I wait till they die or not.
I have blood cleaner shrimps with peppermints - all still alive and kicking but I did hear/read that regular cleaners and bloods don't get on. If you only have two though the blood will stay in the rockwork and the common will be all over your corals at the front, so they might be ok
The common cleaner would be easy to catch as he will want to clean your hand (as will the blood when he knows you) - just let him climb on board, have a net handy and whoosh - up in to the net
