How Easy Is It To Breed Tetras?

I have a shoal of 10 and what with the cories breeding on and off, wondered if there is likely to be breeding activities with the tetras. they are neon tetras and would not know what to look for in regards to spawning behaviour and how to tell the sexes apart.
