You hav double posted btw.

But it looks really really good. Thats a lot of plants

Great transformation

2 things that I would change .... 1, fill the tank to the top with water and 2 pull the sand back from the front edge of the tank so that the black doesn't form between the sand and the glass

other than that.....nice one

Will be filling up to the top tomorrow. I was going to tonight but i was just so tired! Took me 5 hours to do it all and finish! Try explain a bit about the sand i'm not quiet understanding you! Here is a pic of the plants all out of the tank when i opened the box....

Baring in mind.... There in bunches of about 20!

wow.. a huge addition! what size tank is that? and what filters are you using?

Looks awesome! Really awesome. I'm hoping to get the same volume of plants for my 150l this christmas and hopefully mine will look that good! Unlikely though, my scaping skills are none existant. lol.

HAHA! I have a fluval 4 plus in the corner ;) Its just hidden. I used the sting ray from my 48l tank to cycle this tank and never took it out so the bacteria doesn't die when i set the 48l back up. I also get TPN+ Liquid fert and Sera fert tabs which ill bet sorting out tomorrow, my lighting is 2x 39w T5

You can see the fluval filter if you look closely at the left when you zoom in on the pic.

Ooo nice Columbian red tail neons! Yeah i think its hidden quiet well too! It's my first time laying out a planted tank! Sticking comes next!

10 harlequins
10 lemon tetras
10 bronze corys
6 Keyhole Cichlids(2 when paired)
Tri of Cockatoos(maybe)

I'm hopeless with plants, whats the grassy looking ones called? i'm trying to plan a scape for an apisto tank....

NOOOOOOO, NO PLANTS FOR APISTOS. They should do with wood only. They come from the river Rio Tapajos. The river only has wood and usually leaves. I suggest you get wood and some dried leaves which you will drop in the water and they will eventually sink. Look at this.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAlTt5jdjBo

However, Echinodorus tenellus are the "grassy" type plants

Thanks for the info,i didn't realise that, that makes life easier
Any particular leaves?? sorry to hog your thread
