from left to right

star polyps, leather, sun coral, xenia, leather finger, ricordea, zoa garden, euphyllia area (below zoas about 4-5 inches away), mushies.

how does this sounds for 56 watts of T5 with a depth of 16 inches? i would in the future be adding 2 TMC aquarays

any suggestions to fit the gaps? i may put a black sun coral next to the yellow

Looks fine. Curious to see where your mushrooms end up after 6-12 months, they'll move :)

hey truck when are you getting that badboy setup? sounds like your close. you must post pics of it!

the next 2-3 months (lol), paper rounds and pocket money are bringing in the money for live rock. its sitting in my room waiting to be filled with salted RO water

Oh you are going to have so much fun when you finally have everything you need, and what a great feeling that you know you did it all yourself :good:

Just be wary about which euphyllia you stick together, as in the picture there is a torch and a hammer, and correct me if i'm wrong but i think the torch will attack the hammer.
you can however stick hammer and frogspawn together.

lol, thanks seff :) :friends:

im wary about the hammer/torch combo, but i will space them 4-5 inches apart,

i come bearing pictures of the tank

the beast:

im running 2*28 watt linear T5's (9000K and 4100K giving a nice white colour...i will be adding actinic's in the future along with a 10 K bulb)
IMG_0062.jpg

this is My DIY phosphate remover. water is pumped up by a small juwel power head and is filtered through rowaphos (not sure whether it will work)

and the power head (one of the two)

i will be switching to tunzes in the near future on a controller like bigC's
and i will employ a bigger skimmer (the one i have at the moment is the one that comes with the orca tl550)

i have put sand in already as i wont be adding salt to the RO water in the tank. it will be premixed in a but.

and for good measure
