I got a new bubblt tip about 2 or 3 weeks ago and he was doing amazing! but lately, when it's opened it will deflate very fast, it is deflated more then it is open! some times the moth goes huge but a day or 2 later nd it's fully blowne right up agin!

anyone know what is happening?

How long has your tank been running? I had a bubble tip that did the same thing and ended up dead. See if the tentacles are sticky or not.

my tank has been running for almost 2 years now!

lighting and flow are normally the areas which hurt nems, what lighting / water movement do you have?

i have 2 x 175 mh, and 4 x 50 pc lights, i have to rena xp3 canister fliters, one has the power nozal and the other has the spray bar. But my nem is on the bottomof my tank and in a cave, so there isn't that much light and there isn't that much flow.. all day he just kinda deflats for long periods of time and reflates for a bit and quickly deflates agin..

In my experience nems can take no light and little flow for quite some time. i have one that voluntarily did this, and is now somewhat bleached but, since finding a good spot, he seems to be recovering. Give it time.

It's been a few days since i replayed, but my nem is still doing the same thing, but now he is loosig his nice green, and turning white.. whats going on? is he just bleasching, and is this ok?

Sounds like stress to something wrong/inadequate in the tank. Poor lighting, flow, chemistry, perhaps a toxin/pathogen we can't test for, or even harrassment by another tankmate. Sounds like its declining and needs something fixed pretty bad. Are its tentacles still sticky? And are you feeding it?
