I want to send some small coral frags through the post but have realised I don't really know how to do this. Do I send them in water? or would it be ok to wrap them in something damp? How long can a frag of a soft coral last out of moving water? Advice needed rather urgently!

Heh, well after recently trying this I've got some advice for you. Overnight shipping only, make sure you use heat packs. Unless you work at an LFS and have hours of bagging experience you'll porlly want to send them in something that is sealed. Chances are your bagging skills are nog good enough, mine weren't :(. I might suggest some kind of thermos that seals. Make sure they're inside a styrofoam box. Also make sure there is as much air as possible in the container you ship them in. Above all, the coral needs to be kept underwater, not frozen, and with enough Oxygen in the air it's sealed in to survive.

Good luck
