How Do You Find Out What Graphics Card You Have?

What do you click on to see what graphics card you've got? Ive got microsoft xp if that helps you visualise what i need to press lol and the HP w1907s monitor B)

Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Display Adapters

Probably an easier way though lol, that's what I do whenever I need to know the name of my terrible intel integrated graphics card on my laptop.
