How Do You Breed Goldfish?

hi,


recently i have been given a small 19 ltre tank with gravel and a filter and a light, once i got it i put it in the corner and thought i could use it as a emergency tank but then i thought about putting fry in there but i really dont know how to breed goldfish but the only thing i do know is tht i have males and females in my tank.
so i would be greatful if you could take me through the steps of breeding thanks a lot

What kind of goldfish? if they're koi you should just need 2 fish and some water, but there are other types of goldfish that require more attention and care. in fact there are some goldfish that are sterile due to over breeding and what not.

i have one male goldfish (comet) ready for breeding with the white spots on his gills and a female goldfish but im not to sure if shes ready for breeding
