How do you breed Budgies?

Since Squeaky flew away on the weekend we have noticed that our other male budgie was having an intimate relationship with his swing. He is now thankfully having his wicked way with our gorgeous female budgie Lemon Pie. What do we have to do to encourage them to nest and maybe have baby budgies? Is it possible?

hang a nestbox on the side of the cage with a concave(available at any good pet store),plenty of grit and iodine blocks also cuttlefish and let nature take its course
