How do i up load theses pictures?

I have pictures of my first tank and i would like to show them but i cant get them here,ive followed the uploading pined post but still i cant do it .
Please help.

Make sure the file sizes are under 100kb.

then when you post in a area that aloows pictures, click the browse button at the bottom of the posting page, find the file you want then "Post reply"

i cant seem to put them into a file on my computer,ive set the images i want to sent to myfish.jpg, and when i press the open button it says file not found although it is showing me they pictures and the name of the file on the sceen?
