How Do I Treat This On Mollies Head

can anyone tell me what this is on top of my mollies head.

I also have this on the tail. Are both of these symptoms of fin rot.

its very difficult to tell, as the pictures are quite blurry. I can't see what i'm supposed to be looking at in the first picture, but the second definately looks like finrot to me, yes.
