How do i start the clcylin of my tank

I never done this b4 out of the 3 years ive bin doin this. But snowy angel had brought this to my attetion and i need to know how to cycle, so i can move my fish over to there new home. can someone plz help¿

Ok, well after you have set up a tank with the gravel, heater, filter and of course filled the tank up with water. Then you turn on the filter and heater and leave the tank running for about 4-6 weeks. Quite easy really
