How Do I Get A Jewel Filter Out

firstly what a stupid design by jewl. how do i pull the box out. it is pissin me off(sorry) the suctions just wont cp,e pff

get a knife or something, slide it down the sides and slice it off. it's not suction cups holding it, it's glued into place

Yup, wot miss wiggle said. Ive got it a few times now anda tip dont go knife crazy as ur can punkture a seal in the glass if ur not careful.

thanks evyne its off i dont think i havepunctured the sealing on it as it has been nearly an hour
