How could it be happening?

my coldwater tank on my signture is what im on about. One of my goldfishs and one of my comets and my schbkin keep floating to the top and then swim down but keep floating to the top. i have two fluval 3 pumps and a airpump could that be the problem tho much air or could it be somthing to do with the swim bladder? or somthin else? and how can i stop it? 8)

The 2 fluvals should be ok. Try dropping the air pump and see if that makes a difference.

It's a little hard for us to say for sure if it's a swim bladder problem. If it were just 1 fish with this problem then a swim bladder problem might be more of a thought but with 3 fish all at once doing this at the same time I'm thinking it's more of a current problem. jmo tho.

ye because they only starting doig it 2 days ago oll try leaving of the air pump! 8)

Hopefully it will work. Let us know how it goes after a couple days. If I'm wrong then others here will be able to help you out also as they know a lot more than I about community fish. I'm probably the biggest newbie here when it comes to community fish other than a red tail shark or tiger barbs.
