I want to treat the entire tank now as im not sure who is infested and who is not. Can anyone please give me some advice what shall I do?

Thank you

This thread has a lot of info on the causes and treatment for white stringy poop

Welcome to the forum... :hi:
It sounds like internal worms to me...

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

How quickly did the belly get sucked in?
Can you post pictures of the fish?
Is the fish still eating well?

If a fish loses weight quickly (within a few days to a week) and doesn't eat as much food, and does a stringy white poop, it can be an internal protozoan infection.

If the fish loses weight over a period of time (months), keeps eating normally and does a stringy white poop, it is probably intestinal worms.
