There is huge leak between the cyliner and co2 regulator, as I can hear the hiss sound when I try to switch on.

but as shown by the pic, I can only use hand to screw the regulator on the cylinder, how can I tighten it? many thanks

I was told I need find Nylon washer O- ring. as teflon tape is not good for co2 bottle.

Anyone know what type of o-ring fit 500g co2 cylister? as there are so many different sizes, I do not know how to choose the right one.

:good:

I go to my local gas supplier. They have the teflon o-rings in stock for very little money.
If you have never looked for a gas supplier, try looking up welding supplies. Welding uses lots of different gasses so welding supply houses have plenty of bottles of every gas imaginable. They also carry regulators and fittings.
