How Can I Stop Guppy Bullying

I have 5 male guppies, and they are constanly bothering each other. One of them has been fin nipped and I have had to treat for fin rot as a result (looks okay now) I did have 6 but one disapeared, no trace at all
What can I do to try to stop them, I have had them 6 mths, and they have always been like this, but the fin nipped one has been like that for 3 mths.

this isnt bullying its natural for them to chase eachother around, quite roughly at times, its like have a room full of 3 year olds really, sometimes fun to watch them play but at times they make you worry, dont worry about it fin damage to occur its quite normal.

ok thanks. yeh they are fun to watch, just want to avoid putting meds in too much

try adding more plants/hiding places should help a little
