How Can I Clean My Tank?

Well, like everyone, I have a fish tank.
Is there any way to do a water change without a siphon?
If not, what's the average price, and any deals.

If you only want to remove water. A length of hose and suck on the end. Wouldn't set you back more than about a quid.
