lets say that you have 1" of fish for every 4 uk gallons.
1 ocellaris or cinnamon clownfish - 3"
1 royal gramma basslet - 3"
1 six line wrasse - 2"
1-2 neon blue gobies - 4"
1 firefish - 3"
that gives you a total length of around 15" of fish. that means you would need a tank of around 60 uk gallons. you will be having live rock so that will take up around a 1/4 of the volume so you will probably need a tank of around 78 gallons which would work out about 48*18*24 or larger.
