Whats the biggest your scarlet hermit crabs and turbo snails have ever gotten?

I've got a turbo the size of a half dollar and a scarlet hermit living in a turbo shell the size of a quarter. I've also got an electric blue hermit living in a similarly sized turbo shell

While not either of the mentioned species, my Dardanus megistos (Red Hermit Crab) is bigger than an apple; and still regularly molting.

I found some Electric Blue Hermits in Hawai'i that were an impressive size. I found them because I brought some large Cowrie shells (4'' plus in length) to the shore. On the way there, they began to pinch me. I couldn't return to the reef at that moment because the force of the tide was growing strong, and I was forced to place them on the beach for the time being. They were not very capable on land, but I was able to get a good look at them. Pretty little guys and far larger than any other Dwarf Hermit Crab I've ever seen. I returned them to the reef a short while later, and they got up and ran away. Then I got stung by an Urchin.
