Looks fine to me but I would add a few more, a couple more Labidochromis and a few more Iodotropheus would be good.

I'd only do one male with 3 or 4 females Other than that, it looks ok.

Too many males of each species - better to stick to one or many, 2 or 3 males will simply fight. The actual species mix looks nice though.
