How About This For A Fish Tank!

I've seen this before. I would think that they sealed off the upholstery w/ plastic as if they didnt, the upholstery would rot, and make the aquarium all cloudy, and it would reek. I dont think the chemicals would harm the fish because the car looks new and i read somewhere that auto makers have switched to a bio-degrable non-toxic glue ( i doubt the glue would be toxic anyway, because someones kids could get sick by sticking there hands in a creavice and get some of the substance ont here hands).

I'm sure I read somewhere that the seats have been dipped in
rubber butyl(ie rubber coated, like a pond liner) and therefore
non-toxic.

I think chemicals would probably be even less of a problem than that, biodegradable or not. I think they'd have to seal every surface in the entire cab, not just the upholstery. Cars aren't very water tight, it would be leaking through the door panels, the dash board and air ducts, around the windows, into the trunk, etc.
