Housing A Sucking Loach?

I have a 6" Gyrinocheilus aymonieri (chinese algae eater/ sucking loach) that I want to get a bigger (around 180l) tank for. Is this big enough? Also I want to stock a zebra danio shoal (eight to ten fish) along with it. I plan on keeping the planting to the edges to give the danios swimming space and the CAE space to dig around. Finally, can I have a flat wide rock touching against the tank bottom? I don't want the CAE digging underneath in case it collapses (the rock is to build a cave on top of.)
