Hey all,

I've got a bit of a dilema, my local pets at home has got some horse faced loaches in, which I've loved for years, but never seen for sale at all.

My current setup would be good for one, but last time I bought fish from there it proved a bit of a disaster with disease!

i haven't got room for a quaranteen tank unfortunately, but they look healthy, and are very active... should I chance it?...

If your tank water is of the right conditions and such, I don't see why not... I haven't quarantined new fish in a while, and not a lot of people really do around here..

Of course, I hear plenty of nightmare stories of P@H, though they don't have that store in Colorado.

Yes, I am probably being a bit over cautious! ;p

hmmmm I'll take another look at them tomorrow I think...

Cheers, these ones are definately hosefaces not long nose/face loaches so my whiteclouds would be safe. I've got 2 externals, 2 powerheads and sand. The tank is 30" but would be moving in October where I have a 4 footer setup..

Very tempted, but not going to risk any more pets at home fish. Hard choice!
