horny horny female???

well today as i was feeding the precious females that i got from wuv i looked and turned to teh next female i was about to feed. It was one of the MG females, she was striped up nicely and had started to float to the surface as thought it had just been embraced by a male , which coulnt be since I wouldve obviously noticed. just wondering if theres something wrong or if she just wants to be spawned. anything like this every happened to anyone?

That's a behavior I've never seen before.

I wouldn't be worried about it just yet, but keep an eye on her. That's strange!

Ruby, one of my females is almost permanently vertically striped! Especially when you feed her she displays like crazy I think she's a tad confused with Roxy my VT female, perhaps she thinks that its really a male Anyway, hopefully yours is just a flirty little girl too and its perfectly normal behaviour

My female Sealink was ALWAYS displaying vertical stripes and bright colors. The only time she wasn't was when she was ill.
However, I would keep an eye on her as I don't know about that "floating" business. Is she eating well and otherwise behaving normally?

Wow, goodness. The floating does sound odd. I know its what they do during mating, but without the male?

hah i kno she uaully comes back around within a few seconds but whenever she sees a mail now she starts floating once more. but she eats and swims and is active so i guess this is ok for now.
