can anyone give me any info on these catfish? My brother has one in his 55 gallon tank, and I just found the name now for them. Ive also got three sizes on them, 8" 16" and 18". So which is it? And how long does it take to grow, and what size tank? I plan to move out within 5 years, I hope it wont get to big and we will have to get rid of it before then.

They get big and eat fish, lovely looking fish though.

Minimum of a 6x2x2 (180g) and prefferably a 6x2x2.5 to allow more turning room for the fish. Tankmates should be large fish which have a minimum adult size of 10 inches.
